APW Motorsports – Product Warranty Policy
For Aluminium Campervan Accessories
Thank you for choosing APW Motorsports. We take pride in the design and manufacture of our high-quality aluminium campervan accessories. All of our products are built with durability and functionality in mind. However, in the unlikely event that an issue arises, please refer to the following warranty terms and process.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This document should be kept together with your invoice or proof of purchase, as both will be required to process any warranty claims.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
1. Initial Contact
If you believe a product has failed, please email us at info@apwmotorsports.co.uk with the following:- A description of the issue- Clear photos showing the fault or damage- Proof of purchase (if available)
2. Return for Inspection
The item must be returned at the customer’s cost for inspection. We cannot assess or process a claim without physically inspecting the product.
3. Inspection Outcome
After inspection, you’ll receive an email with our findings. Based on the outcome:- If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll offer a repair or replacement at no cost.- If the issue is due to misuse, wear and tear, or other external damage, the warranty won’t apply, but we’ll offer repair/replacement options at a fair cost.
IMPORTANT CARE NOTES
To extend the life of your accessory:- Avoid slamming doors or panels where accessories are mounted — repeated impact can weaken structural integrity over time.- Make sure the product is installed correctly and checked regularly.
LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover:- Damage from accident, misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues- Any modifications made to the product after purchase will void the warranty completely- Use outside of intended purpose or in abnormal conditions
REFITTING COSTS If the product was originally fitted by APW Motorsports, a re-fitting cost will apply in all circumstances, regardless of the warranty outcome. We are unable to cover any third-party labour costs incurred for removal or reinstallation. If re-fitting is carried out by APW Motorsports, this is subject to diary availability and may not be done immediately.
